Spiritual fitness is the must for everyone , we should not only take care of our physical fitness , spiritual fitness is very much necessary to keep us in good health and increase our vigour and vitality .
Earlier in my blog i have written about chakras , their are seven chakras located in our body  , We should take care of our every chakras and keep it clear by  doing some exercises .  If this energy center  is blocked , we feel fatigue health problem and emotional  inbalance if all chakras is cleared we feel full of life and good health .
We should meditate on the seven chakras by reciting the mantra which is given below for each chakras for 10 to 15 minutes daily , it keeps us fit and in good health.

Swadhistana: Sex Center: VANG (VAM) 
Manipura: Navel Center: RANG (RAM) 
Anahata: Heart Center: YANG (YAM) 
Vishuddhi: Throat Center: HANG (HAM) 
Ajna: Third Eye Center: ONG (OM) 
Sahasrara: Crown Center: Silence
